Cancellation policy
Overview
To ensure the viability of our rental business and to minimize financial loss due to last-minute cancellations, we have implemented this cancellation policy. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Window
a) Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
b) Cancellations made between 60 days and 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
c) Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will result in no refund.
No Refund After Check-In:
If a guest cancels after check-in, no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Notification:
All cancellations must be communicated via email or through the booking platform. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or text.
Exceptions
In the case of extenuating circumstances (such as natural disasters or government-mandated travel restrictions), guests may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the host. Documentation will be required.
